Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

We ship to all 50 States making up the fine United States of America.  Free ground shipping only applies to the 48 Contiguous States.

Some of our dealers ship internationally but we do not. Note that there are restrictions on some products and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations even by our dealers. We follow Prop65 Guidelines for California Shipments.

Free UPS Ground Shipping can be selected for most orders over 5 pounds, if a free shipping option is not shown, the Economy Shipping is the cheapest method available to your address. We also use FedEx and US Postal Service, you may select these if they display as options, we also may substitute at our discretion as necessary.

For products in stock our internal cut off is 1:00pm EST each business day, any order received after 1:00pm EST will be processed the next business day.  If this presents a problem, please check with us before placing the order to avoid any confusion.

As a result of the COVID Pandemic neither UPS or FedEx guarantee shipping dates and times. We cannot guarantee something that our carriers cannot, there are no refunds or credit for packages that did not arrive on the day UPS and FedEx stated they would.

Any customer returning any new product outside of the Warranty will be responsible for actual shipping charges in both directions in addition to restocking fees if the item is unused and can be resold (see Warranty Page)  If the item is used or not fit for resale, we may decline the return or arrive at a refund amount based on our testing and assessment.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the item you order and the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  

UPS and FedEx do not deliver to a PO Box, Military address, APO or AE.  Where necessary we also utilize USPS Mail to ensure we can reach every customer.  We can make these substitutions at our discretion.

It is important to note that special finished units (powder coat, polished, chrome, candy chrome) can add 1-10 days to the shipping date once the order is received.
