This is a very popular replacement where increased capacity is needed.
60 amps at idle (2000 alternator shaft rpm) 120 amps maximum (6000 alternator shaft rpm) the stock belt can be used on original equipment vehicles. This alternator includes the upgrade kit for “Upgrade Applications”, for “Direct Replacement” applications this kit is included but not used. Our standard pulley is a 57mm (2-1/4”) 6-groove serpentine. On vehicles where this is an upgrade, we require that you upgrade the main power wire due to higher output than stock.
